Determined to give New Delhi`s political and bureaucratic system a speedy makeover, Arvind Kejriwal as New Delhi Chief Minister, carried out a slew of measures on a day that saw nine IAS officers being transferred and a couple of brainstorming cabinet meetings.
Yesterday, on a day that played out like frames of a fast action-packed movie, Delhi`s youngest CM started revamping the work set-up and touched upon a number of issues holding meetings with top officials.
